It began with a seemingly simple question: Why do pelleting plants worldwide waste so much lubricant? Our founders in Lucerne asked themselves this question in 2003 – and thus began a research journey of over 20 years that is now revolutionizing the pelleting industry. 💡 2003 - The beginnings
The starting signal was given in Lucerne: Why do pelleting plants waste so much lubricant? Our founders started an ambitious research project to develop ceramic lubricants. What began as scientific curiosity would change an entire industry.
🔬 2008 to 2015 - Breakthrough & Development
After years of intensive research, the breakthrough came: Ceramic particles in a hexagonal structure reduced lubricant consumption by over 95%. Imagine: 100 kilograms suddenly became just 5. The first pilot projects exceeded all expectations – the revolution had begun.
🚀 2016 to 2020 - Market launch & growth
The technology has proven itself in reality. Our customers confirmed the savings. Word-of-mouth led to rapid growth – satisfied customers became our best ambassadors. The pelleting world spread the word: This technology works.
🌍 2021 to Today - Market leader & expansion
