Bathan KF 6 / 40 M is a synthetic high-temperature ceramic grease that has been specially developed for heavily loaded plain and roller bearings. Thanks to polyurea technology and proven high-performance ceramics, it offers reliable lubrication in a wide temperature range from –30°C to +180°C. It is long-term stable, pumpable through long lines and can be easily used in automatic lubrication systems.

Mode of action

The high-performance ceramic contained smooths the metal surfaces through ductile deformation, reduces friction and increases the load-bearing capacity of the bearings. This significantly reduces wear, increases functional reliability and prevents corrosion. The stable structure of the polyurea grease ensures long lubrication intervals and reliable emergency lubrication, even if the lubrication system fails for a short time.
