Bathan KF8 is a soap-free, drip-point-free high-temperature grease with ceramic and EP additives. The formulation enables stable lubrication at high temperatures, high loads and in hygiene-relevant areas. Thanks to NSF H1 certification, KF8 is particularly suitable for applications where occasional product contact cannot be technically ruled out.

Bathan KF 8 / 70 F is a high-performance NSF-H1 food grease for safe use in the food, feed and pharmaceutical industries. It supports compliance with the strictest hygiene requirements (LMV / HACCP) and at the same time massively reduces lubricant consumption – in feed production by up to 97 %, which reduces contamination and improves product quality. Thanks to its high-performance ceramic, it is ideal for highly loaded bearings and demanding environmental conditions.

Mode of action

The ceramic particles contained smooth metal surfaces, reduce wear and significantly increase the load-bearing capacity. Thanks to the stable bentonite structure, the grease remains dimensionally stable even at high temperatures and lubricates reliably. This enables longer lubrication intervals, less consumption and significantly greater process reliability – even when using automatic lubricators.
