BATHAN KF 3 is a soap-free, bentonite-based high-temperature grease specially developed for demanding industrial applications and highly loaded bearings. The grease is extremely temperature-resistant, can withstand high loads, and is particularly suitable for machines and systems in the glass, cement, or pellet industry, as well as for tunnel kiln cars and similar high-temperature processes. Its strong sealing effect reliably protects against wear and lubricant deficiency – even under extreme environmental and temperature conditions.
Mode of action
BATHAN KF 3 contains proven high-performance ceramic, whose particles smooth metal surfaces and thus significantly reduce wear. This increases the load-bearing capacity of the bearings, improves lubricant efficiency, and noticeably extends lubrication intervals. The grease can be pumped through long lines and ensures reliable emergency lubrication, even at very high temperatures or under heavy loads.
